Service Level Manager


Job description :

  • As a member of the Remote Support & Services team, you will be involved during the implementation project of our banking software in order to set up the support organizations (SLA setup)
  • You will be the senior support Manager of the client after the go – live of our banking software and be involved in the implementation of support service methodologies.

 

Requested professional skills and personal profile :

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience, a sound knowledge of ITIL and you are familiar with computer technology and software.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry as well as several years of experience in Support Service Management is an important asset.
  • You are mobile and prepared to travel.
  • You have experience in writing Service level Agreements and Operations Level Agreements.
  • A perfect knowledge of English is required (the knowledge of other languages is an important asset)
