Service Level Manager
Job description :

As a member of the Remote Support & Services team, you will be involved during the implementation project of our banking software in order to set up the support organizations (SLA setup)
-
You will be the senior support Manager of the client after the go – live of our banking software and be involved in the implementation of support service methodologies.
Requested professional skills and personal profile :
-
You have at least 5 years of working experience, a sound knowledge of ITIL and you are familiar with computer technology and software.

Knowledge of the banking industry as well as several years of experience in Support Service Management is an important asset.
- You are mobile and prepared to travel.

You have experience in writing Service level Agreements and Operations Level Agreements.

A perfect knowledge of English is required (the knowledge of other languages is an important asset)
