To expand the Project department in Brussels, we are looking for a (m/f)

professional services director

Job description :

• You Report to the Department Director.
• Provides quarterly Co Dir reports.
• You are responsible for the Implementation of the department strategies.
• You are the escalation point for clients.
• Responsible for overall budget & profitability.
• Project management and program management are one of the key tasks of the job.
• You will participate in the Client’s Steering Committee when necessary: the aim is to build or keep the relationship with the management of the customer. It is function on the life cycle of the project, of the CSP and of the size of the project.
• You will have a portfolio of +/- 150 C&W staff.
• You will be the responsible and controller of large projects in different country’s (global & European country’s).
• Traveling (frequently) to different country’s (global and Europe) will be one of your actions, like being every two weeks in the Netherlands.

Requested professional skills and personal profile :

• Excellent senior management skills.
• Very good negotiation and communication skills and client oriented.
• Open minded and people oriented.
• Excellent knowledge in Dutch, French and English is a must.
• To be a people manager and having the focus on the bigger scope.
• At least between 15 and 20 years of experience.
• University degree in economics or IT.
• Flexible and hard worker who likes working in an international company.
