To reinforce our Quality Department we are looking for a (m/f)

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Job description:

As a member of the Quality Department, you will:

• Be responsible for the departments procedure & methods management;
• Provide strong administrative & methodological support to department executives for
  - process documentation & improvement,
  - standards & templates management,
  - knowledge management,
  - intranet publication, etc.
• Play a key role in institutionalisation of processes;
• Participate in tool selections & implementation projects in the above mentioned fields;
• Provide a methodological & administrative support, in fields like UML/BPMN process documentation, wiki/intranet management, etc …
  

Professional skills required:

• You have an appropriate background in either software industry company or IT department of a significant company.
• Your are familiar with UML and UML tools (Enterprise Architect, …), process modelling & documentation.
• You have notions of web publishing techniques (intranet management, Wiki), …
• A good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required, as well as communication skills in French and/or Dutch.
  

Important assets:

• Knowledge of software industry best practices & notions IT methodologies (CMMI, Agile methods, …).
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, …) and/or project management standards (ITIL, Prince2).
• At least 3 years in an equivalent function.

• Sense of responsibility and honesty.
• Enthusiasm and perseverance.
• Dynamic.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT processes.
