To expand the Product Department in Brussels, we are looking for a (m/f)

Release Manager

Job description :

You will join the product department of our company. You will also work in close collaboration with IT managers in charge of developments, testing and delivery :

• Provide support to the definition and packaging of releases, quality testing promotion, customer delivery, and internal deployment. You will be accountable for the management of the central repository and well as for development and test environments.
• Participate to the implementation and configuration of best of the breed software configuration and management tools and to the continuous improvement of our development life cycle, methodology and tools.

Requested professional skills and personal profile :

• At least 2 years of successful experience in companies of significant size, as a release or build manager or as a J2EE developer (or equivalent function);
• Practical knowledge of a J2EE project (build and deployment);
• Practical knowledge of an application server (JBOSS, Netweaver);
• Ability to develop scripts and small tools (Unix Shells);
• Didactical, synthesis and reporting skills;
• Team spirit and commitment;
• Good knowledge of English.

Skills below would also be an asset :

• Knowledge of SCM tools
• ITIL notions
• Make, Maven
